Hush Hour Sound Bath & Energy Clearing Meditation

Hush Hour is a sound bath with 7 quartz crystal bowl instruments where we'll gently remove energy blockages from the subtle body fields and connect deeper within. We'll do so through gentle guided somatic movement, relaxation meditation, and regenerative sound frequencies that tune the brain to a healing Theta state. This is re-balancing for cortisol levels and soothing for the parasympathetic nervous system. 

Hush Hour is an offering for us to cultivate care and healing for ourselves so that we may show up in our communities inspired and with our cups full.
